Lifetime warranty against material defects. Replaced or repaired upon arrival. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. If we no longer offer the model in question, we will help replace it with what we determine to be the closest comparable model from our current product line.[/iconbox]

FLY LINES

One year unconditional, no questions asked warranty. If a LOOP line fails due to workmanship or material defect during the first year, please return it to us for repair or replacement. Receipt or proof of purchase must accompany returned item. This warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.[/iconbox]

PROCESSING, RETURN SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

 

For all return shipments within the continental US, the original owner will be responsible for a $60 fee for each repaired item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance. Hawaii and Alaska as well as International customers will be charged actual shipping and insurance costs, and will be responsible for all related customs and duty charges.

PROCESSING, RETURN SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

All warranties / service issues shall be sent in, by customer or retailer, to LOOP USA to be judged by the service center. Warranty for rods and reels is activated by online registration – click here (coming soon).

If Loop Tackle Design determines the warranty request to be invalid, the original owner will still be responsible for a €45 fee for each item to cover processing, return shipping and insurance. Cost for all related customs and duty charges will be covered by the owner.[/iconbox]
